The present invention relates to a method for producing a biological fertilizer and also to the biological fertilizer produced by means of said method. The method makes it possible to produce a biological fertilizer with phosphorus originating from the mineral apatite by means of the use of a mixture of degradable raw materials and minerals, a protein concentrate, posidonia, fresh dung, magnesium sulphate and ferrous sulphate as degradable raw materials and minerals that are a source of nitrogen, energy and minerals for the phosphate-solubilizing organisms, and also the actual phosphate-solubilizing organisms such as a seed inoculum, with a high degree of efficiency, on alumino-calcic phosphate, preferably on alumino-calcic rock.
