<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column for guard fence using an extruded member and capable of increasing reproducibility of the tilt shape. <P>SOLUTION: A column component 2 is arranged so that the extruding direction of an extruded member which is the basis of the column component 2 can be along the roadway, and is provided with a pedestal 20, a front flange 21 rising from the pedestal 20, a rear flange 22 located at the back of the front flange 21 and a reinforcing plate 23 connecting the front flange 21 with the rear flange 22. The rear flange 22 has a base part 22a rising from the pedestal 20 and a buckling deformation part 22b rising from the upper edge of the base part 22a. The reinforcing plate 23 rises obliquely upward from the upper end of the base part 22a, and when a horizontal load imitating a collision load is applied statically to the upper end of a column component 1 situated at the top, the buckling deformation part 22b buckles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
