OPEN BAKING FURNACE, AND DEWAXING METHOD FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open baking furnace that can suppress decarburization phenomena which are inevitable in a conventional open baking furnace.

SOLUTION: The open baking furnace is provided with a preheating chamber 1, a heating chamber, a slow cooling chamber, and a cooling chamber in this order to sinter a powder forming body 9 which is pressure-formed from metallic powder including a metal mold lubricant. The open baking furnace is also provided with a combustion gas supply part 16 that supplies a combustion gas to the upper part space of the preheating chamber 1 and a dispersion board 20 provided inside the preheating chamber 1 to disperse the supplied combustion gas toward the powder formed body transported into the preheating chamber.
