<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample manufacturing apparatus which is capable of reducing the quantity of fixing liquid to be used for fixing a sample, while also using the fixing liquid for cleaning a channel. <P>SOLUTION: Methanol in a first methanol chamber 111 is dispensed through a dispensation pipette Ma to a cassette. Methanol in the cassette is collected through a collection pipette D1b to the first methanol chamber 111. Methanol in a second methanol chamber 112 is dispensed through the dispensation pipette Ma to the cassette and, in addition, used for cleaning the inside of a channel. Methanol in the second methanol chamber 112 is collected to the first methanol chamber 111 without being returned to the second methanol chamber 112 after use. Thus, the quantity of methanol to be used can be reduced and when cleaning a channel, methanol which is not dirty in the second methanol chamber 112 can be used to clean the channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
