<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device that can more easily adjust the shifting of a diffraction grating and a screen grid in Talbot interferometry than by conventional practices and enables stripe scanning to be accomplished while restraining blurring of phase images due to variations in the direction of incidence of light coming incident on an object of examination. <P>SOLUTION: An image pickup device 1 comprises a diffraction grating 310 that forms an interference pattern by diffracting divergent light from a light source; a screen grid 410 that shields a part of the interference pattern; a detector 510 that detects light having passed the screen grid; and shifting means 1010 that shifts the diffraction grating 310 and the screen grid 410, wherein the shifting means 1010 shifts the interference pattern and the screen grid 410 relative to each other by so shifting the diffraction grating 310 and the screen grid 410 as not to let the diffraction grating 310 and the screen grid 410 shift relative to each other, and the detector 510 detects light corresponding to the relative shifting of the interference pattern and the screen grid 410. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
