<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stream data generating method for reducing a load of CPU, which occurs when a controller for video camera is used for compression of a video signal, and easily generating ES of video data since a photographed video stream and a voice stream are separately distributed as separate streams in a network camera used for the purpose of monitoring and the like and TS (transport stream) where a video data packet and a voice data packet coexist is generated when the controller for the video camera is used for the compression of the video signal. <P>SOLUTION: TS is generated with TS generating means only by the video data compressed by video compression means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
