<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking device capable of improving a run-on shock and the like during loading and unloading operations and capable of being prevented from being damaged even when fraudulent unloading is performed. <P>SOLUTION: A parking device comprises a main body support 4 that is installed outside a vehicle room 3 for parking a vehicle 1, and a lock member 7 that is attached to the main body support 4 and that is made of an elastic material capable of being freely driven between a position to disable the unloading of the vehicle 1 and a position to enable the unloading thereof.
