<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical agent, which is composed of superparamagnetic ion oxide particles and an anticancer agent, having synergistic effect in anticancer effect, and can be administered into a body by vein injection, and further a kind of medical agent released to the outside of the body naturally after the completion of therapy and reduces general side effect by achieving therapeutic effect with a small amount of administration. <P>SOLUTION: The cancer therapeutic composition is characterized by being composed of superparamagnetic ion oxide particles such as a composition MOFe<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>(M is a divalent metal) having a spinel structure and an anticancer such as taxane-based anticancer agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
