The torque detecting apparatus includes: first and second magnets, which are connected to the first shaft and the second shaft such that the magnets can integrally rotate with the shafts; and a plurality of magnetic sensors, which are disposed between the first magnet and the second magnet, and which detect the rotation angle of the first shaft and the rotation angle of the second shaft.
