<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection lens or a projection lens device capable of suppressing variation of each product of the measurement positions of distance measurement means and photometric means without increasing the number of components and capable of performing autofocus with a high accuracy and at a low cost or performing image correction based on color information of an original image and the like, and optical equipment with the projection lens device. <P>SOLUTION: Optical equipment has a projection lens or a projection lens device, which projects light from an image display element and forms an image on a surface to be projected.
