<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device realizing stable communication even if the device is relatively miniaturized compared to an antenna of a communication partner side or two communicating antennas are closely arranged on the same axis. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna device includes a conductor layer 2 having a conductor opening CA and a slit section SL linking the conductor opening CA and an outer edge. When a coil conductor 31 is planarly viewed, an opening CW of the coil conductor 31 is overlapped with the opening CA of the conductor layer 2, and an area of the conductor layer 2 is larger than that of a forming region of the coil conductor 31.
