<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a well-formed tight roll bale. <P>SOLUTION: A roll baler is provided, including: a conveyor 3 for charging a roll bale-forming chamber 4 with a to-be-formed material; and the roll bale-forming chamber 4 functioning to make a compressive forming such a to-be-formed material as to have been charged by the conveyor 3 into roll bales R1 and R2 using one or more belts 6, 7 and 8. In this roll baler, the roll bale-forming chamber 4 has: a charging port 40 for such a to-be-formed material; and a variable roller wound with the belts 6, 7 and 8 and axially supported variably in its position off the center of the roll bale-forming chamber 4 so as to expand the chamber 4 according to the respective diameters of the to-be-formed roll bales R1 and R2; wherein the charging port is provided so that its opening direction represents such a direction as not to face each other on the variable direction of the variable roller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
