<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that can obtain a static electricity prevention structure that prevents the malfunction of a display element while avoiding increase of weight in the device. <P>SOLUTION: The display device that includes: a display element 10 where a plurality of lead terminals 14 are provided along one side face 13; and a circuit board 20 that has a wiring part where the plurality of lead terminals 14 are carried out conduction connection, includes: a resin case 50 where the display elements 10 are accommodated; and a frame body 60 that includes the conductive material arranged to a resin case 50 to cover the other one side face 17 of the display element 10 that opposes the one side face 13.
