<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding apparatus that secures weld quality, that is, the apparatus hardly causes injected cooling water to be scattered to or fly into a welding electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The welding apparatus is configured to cool a welded part and the vicinity thereof while a part whose temperature is raised by the heat input by welding, holds a high temperature, after the welding. The welding apparatus includes: an injection nozzle 3 for injecting a cooling medium; a suction nozzle 4 for suctioning the injected cooling medium; and a monitoring device 5 for monitoring a periphery of the welding electrode and a cooling area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
