A cooling channel (6) is cut in a wall (1) for the circulation of fresh air. The channel comprises a piercing (7) and a diffusion part (9), the piercing emerges, on one side, on the inner surface (3) of the wall and, on the other, in the diffusion part forming an orifice (11) and emerging on the outer surface (5) of the wall. The channel is formed in two distinct stages consisting of first piercing the wall and then producing the diffusion part using an electro-erosion electrode (20), the tip of which has the form of a cone with a rounded end and with a flattened conical surface (26). Independent claims are also included for : (1) a wall element in which a cooling channel is cut; (2) a hollow turbine blade incorporating this wall element; (3) an electrode for forming the cooling channel. |
