<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a photocatalyst film in a dye-sensitized solar cell by which the photocatalyst film can be formed in a given region on a substrate in a short time at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The method for forming, in a dye-sensitized solar cell having a transparent electrode 1, a counter electrode, an electrolytic layer disposed between the transparent electrode and the counter electrode, and a photocatalyst film disposed on the side of the transparent electrode between the electrodes, the photocatalyst film comprises: rotating a gravure roll 53 partially immersed in a mixture (paste 4P) including photocatalyst microparticles; transferring the paste 4P from the gravure roll 53 to a hot press roll 57 set in contact with the gravure roll 53; and transferring the paste 4P from the hot press roll 57 to the transparent electrode 1 supported on a backup roll 60 by pressing the hot press roll with the paste 4P against the transparent electrode while heating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
