<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the position and attitude of a workpiece. <P>SOLUTION: The attitude adjusting device includes: a belt 15 stretched to be laid between a pair of frame members 11 and 11 facing each other; and a worktable 20 including a placing table 23 for placing the workpiece on the placing surface 23a thereof, and a pair of protrusively installed parts 21 and 21 provided with a protrusive part 21 extending in parallel to each other under the placing table 23.
