<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle boiling machine capable of effectively picking noodles apart by utilizing the rising flow of heated hot water. <P>SOLUTION: The noodle boiling machine in which noodles are boiled by arranging a noodle-containing perforated basket with a handle in hot water stored in a hot water tank 22 includes an electric heater 36 arranged in the hot water tank 22 and a baffle plate 24 which covers the electric heater 36 from an upper part and is disposed in the hot water tank 22. In the upper face of the baffle plate 24, there are provided a first ejection hole 24a which ejects the hot water that rises by being heated with the electric heater 36 to the center of the perforated basket with a handle and a second ejection hole 24b which ejects the hot water to a position decentralized from the center of the perforated basket with a handle so as to generate a decentralized rising flow inside the perforated basket with a handle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
