<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for charging scraps into a blast furnace by which a new facility for charging the scraps into the blast furnace and the expansion of the facility are unnecessary when using a lot of scraps in the blast furnace. <P>SOLUTION: When the blast furnace operation is performed by charging the scraps together with iron ore and coke into the blast furnace, the scraps are beforehand applied to pressing and corner removal, and conveyed by directly being laid on a charging conveyer in the blast furnace, and only scraps are charged onto the blast furnace top hopper to realize the free charging into the blast furnace. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
