The device has retainers for each bag (10) from foil at a bag-revolver (30), where the bags are held on a support conveyor (28). The bags are contiguously transferred at a free upper side and removed from the conveyor by a movable vacuum gripper (32). The bags that are transferred by the gripper are transported through the gripper. The bags are stored at the revolver, where the gripper is rotated around 180 degrees during transfer movement from the conveyor to the revolver. An upper horizontally aligned bracket for tapes (17) is attached in an area of an upper strand (27) of the conveyor.
