A filling device for sterile filling of containers. A flexible temporary storage container is placed in a dosage chamber and exposed to external over-pressure and under-pressure, respectively. The filling goods is sucked into the temporary storage container and pressed out to the final storage container. A device for fine adjustment of the volume of the chamber has the shape of an adjustable membrane.
