<p>PURPOSE: A thin plate floating apparatus is provided to maximize the utilization of thin plates and to prevent the loss of the thin plates by safely transferring without the damage of the thin plates. CONSTITUTION: A thin plate floating apparatus comprises an apparatus body(104), a floating fan, a first filter(110), a second filter(111), a filter net(112), and a dispersion unit(115). In the apparatus body, a bottom surface except a suction hole in the center is blocked and the top is opened. The floating fan is installed in the center of the bottom surface of the apparatus body, and blows wind to a transferring unit to float thin plates, thereby maintaining a horizontal state. The first filter is installed at the top of the apparatus body with a filter frame to prevent foreign materials from being discharged toward the thin plates while supplying uniform air volume and wind pressure. The second filter installed at the top of the first filter removes the foreign materials while supplying uniform wind pressure and air volume, and prevents the foreign materials fallen from the transferring unit from flowing into the first filter. The filter net keeps the shape of the first and second filters while guiding the wind supplying to the thin plates to be uniformly dispersed. The dispersion unit is installed in the apparatus body to uniformly disperse the wind toward the first filter.</p> |
