<p>PURPOSE: A power transfer unit for an auto transmission is provided to form forward 6speeds and backward 1speed without increasing size of the auto transmission and the number of planetary gear sets. CONSTITUTION: An input shaft(10) comprises a first main driving gear, a second main driving gear, a third main driving gear, and a fourth main driving gear. A first sun gear(32) is connected with the second main driving gear by a first clutch. A first ring gear(36) is gear-combined with a first planetary gear. A second slave gear(54) is gear-combined with the second main driving gear. A second sun gear(72) is connected to a changing speed shaft by a third clutch. An output gear is gear-connected with an output main driving gear. A differential gear is connected with the output gear. An output shaft comprises the output gear and the differential gear.</p> |
