PURPOSE: An inhaling apparatus, a heating and cooling member applied to the inhaling apparatus, and a heating and cooling apparatus combined with the inhaling apparatus are provided to be conveniently used under hot or cold external environments. CONSTITUTION: An inhaling apparatus comprises a heating and cooling member(350) which emits heats or generates cool air so that heat and cool air can be delivered to a user using the inhaling apparatus. The heating and cooling member comprises a Peltier device and is converted into the state thereof by the changing of the polarity of the Peltier device. The inhaling apparatus includes an inhaling apparatus case which receives elements constituting the inhaling apparatus. |
