PURPOSE: A post device for installing a road facility having a penetration rib is provided to improve the productivity and assembility of an attachment and to prevent the attachment from sagging. CONSTITUTION: A post device for installing a road facility having a penetration rib comprises a post(100), a hollow attachment(200), a reinforcing part(220), and a penetration rib(230). The post is vertically positioned at a road. The hollow attachment is horizontally installed on the post, and a road facility is installed on the hollow attachment. The reinforcing part is formed inside the hollow attachment and prevents the hollow attachment from sagging. The penetration rib is extended from the rear end of the reinforcing part and penetrates through the post.
