The module has two support rings (1, 7) rotated at two different speeds of two rotating elements, respectively. The support rings are located on both sides of the module. Two internal plates (3, 5) arranged parallel to each other are decoupled in rotation from the rings. Two opposite faces of the plates are provided with a set of ramps (3A, 5A) and separated by rollers (4). An angular movement of one of the plates allows the corresponding plate to move axially relative to the other plate, and exerts an axial effort in the rotating elements.
