The invention relates to separation of gases or mixtures of those by means of treatment with cold with use of cryogenic gas machines and energy conversion with heat pumps and engines that operate by Stirling cycle and can be used in different areas of industry. A combined system for separation of gas mixtures and energy conversion comprises cryogenic Stirling machine, rectification column, heat exchanger for moisture and carbon dioxide freezing, heat insulated vessel for liquid nitrogen, high pressure pump, pipelines for liquid and gaseous nitrogen and device for conversion of energy of gaseous nitrogen. It comprises Stirling heat pump and Stirling engine cooled with liquid nitrogen installed with cryogenic Stirling machine in one body, those have a common rod with a hydraulic cylinder and pneumatic cylinder, and additionally comprises at least one Stirling engine as a device for conversion of difference of energy of heat and liquid nitrogen. The invention provides increase of effectiveness of separation of gas mixtures with minimal power consumption. |
