An explosive composition and a process for its preparation relates to metal mining industry. The composition of packaged explosive contains solid oxidant, for example ammonium nitrate, and liquid organic fuel, for example nitromethane. Additionally it contains sensitizer. In the process for the production of explosive composition, mainly packaged, solid oxidant is placed in shell, for example ammonium nitrate, with further addition of organic fuel to the shell, for example nitromethane. Preliminary solid oxidant is ground to fraction of 0.3-0.5 mm and mixed with solid sensitizer in a form of microspheres, fraction of 60-90 mc to the preparation of homogeneous mixture with density of 0.82-0.995. The group of inventions allows decreasing of prime cost and danger of explosive production with lowest cutoff detonation diameter and enlarging the field of explosive use. |
