METHOD FOR PROCESSING SLURRY COAL OF SLUDGE TANKS

The invention relates to the technology of recycling waste of processing minerals, particularly to the recycling slurry coal of sludge tanks formed at dressing works of coal and by-product-coking industry. A method for processing slurry coal of sludge tanks includes pre-processing coal slurry to produce a pulp, the pulp concentration on a table concentrator with obtaining a concentrate, further processing the coal concentrate with obtaining final product, and the pulp concentration of on the table concentrator is performed with supply of additional flush water by continuous jets through holes made in the deck of table concentrator between the deck grooves at a flow rate of additional wash water in the range of 5-20 % of the flow rate of basic flush water. The invention provides increase of degree of extraction of carbon-containing fractions from the coal slurry, increase of coal concentrate output and processing efficiency of coal slurry.
