SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PERFORMING MUTUAL AUTHENTICATION BETWEEN USER TERMINAL AND SERVER

PURPOSE: A mutual authentication method between a user terminal and a server and work process and a system thereof are provided to mutually authenticate a terminal and transmitted data by sharing a security key generated in a user terminal and server. CONSTITUTION: A mutual authentication system between an authentication server(100) and a user terminal(200) includes the user terminal and the authentication server. The user terminal can include an encryption unit(110) and a security key administration unit(120). The encryption unit and the security key administration unit can be a software module which runs in the user terminal. The encryption unit encodes terminal data by using a public key of the authentication server. The security key administration unit generates a DMKd(Device Master Key). The authentication server includes an encryption unit(210) and a security key administration unit(220). The encryption unit and the security key administration unit can be the module software which runs in the authentication server.
