<p>The device has a wheel (6) containing gas element (13) i.e. air. A water container (9) contains liquid element e.g. water (10). An element (5) i.e. cylindrical tube, turns indefinitely in perpetual motion relative to a central axis according to rotational movement of a set of containers (1) filled with water. The containers move outside the wheel by rotational movement to exert force of pressure in the liquid element relative to the central axis of the wheel. The containers penetrate inside the wheel to exert weight in the gas element relative to the central axis of the wheel. The cylindrical tube is made of wood.</p>
