FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: human melanoma cell line mel Kor-TurboRFP possess the stable cultural and morphological characteristics. The cell line is characterised by the expression of melanoma (differentiation) markers -CD63, HMB45, MelanA, Tyrozinase, the absence of class one and two histocompatibility antigens. The cell line is characterised by the expression of red fluorescent protein TurboRFP.
