<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device for a passenger seat which is capable of weakening the moment acting on an occupant or a child seat according to a Pos.1 position or Pos.2 position even when the head of the occupant getting on the passenger seat exists in the position or a backrest of the child seat is present and capable of reducing the ejecting force of the airbag to make the damaging to the occupant low with light weight and at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the inflation-deployment of the airbag 10, it is suppressed to a dummy head part 20a existing in the Pos.2 position by a front flap 11 covering the expansion side 10a of the airbag 10 from the upper side to the lower side that the dummy head part 20a is inclined forward and it is suppressed to the dummy head part 20a existing in the Pos.1 position by a rear flap 12 covering the expansion side 10a of the airbag 10 from the lower side to the upper side that the dummy head part 20a is inclined backward suddenly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
