PURPOSE: Bolt sorting equipment is provided for beginners to easily set upper and lower limits by simply inputting each level of the upper and lower limits into a control unit. CONSTITUTION: Bolt sorting equipment(90) comprises a height sensing device(100), a counter sensor, a sorter(300). The height sensing device measures a height of a head of a bolt entering a dies of a bolt rolling device. The counter sensor is mounted to the bolt rolling device, and placed at the rear part of the height sensing device. The counter sensor counts the number of the bolts entering the dies. The sorter is mounted to a front side of the bolt rolling device which discharges the bolts, and sorts the bolts into good products and defective products. |
