<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning support system, a support method for designing curriculum in learning support system, and a computer program which can offer information helping a person responsible for education in an organization to design a curriculum. <P>SOLUTION: In a learning support system 1, a learner uses a learning client 3 to access a learning server 2, and receives and uses educational material contents to learn. The learning server 2 receives designation of training, specifies object persons of a course in the training and retrieves the training in which the object persons of the course participated in the past.
