<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running resistance calculation device that can calculate resistance generated on a vehicle in an actual running state with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: Based on the torque measured by the wheel six-component force meters 11 to 14 and the torque measured by the drive shaft C1 and C2, the running resistance calculation part 41 calculates the cornering resistance, tire slip loss resistance, tire rolling resistance, brake and hub bearing sliding loss resistance, and differential friction resistance in order to calculate the vehicle running resistance.
