MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CERAMIC SUBSTRATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a ceramic substrate capable of improving an adhesion strength between a ceramic sheet and an external electrode by burning the ceramic sheet and an internal electrode at the same time to form the external electrode and performing a flattening step.

SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a ceramic sheet comprises the steps of: preparing a plurality of ceramic sheets 10; forming an internal electrode 11 and a via 12 connecting the internal electrode 11 of each layer with each other on each ceramic sheet 10; forming an opening 13 on the ceramic sheet 10 of the outermost layer; collectively laminating the plurality of the ceramic sheets 10; burning the collectively laminated laminates; polishing the upper and lower surfaces of the laminates so as to be flattened; and forming an external electrode 14 in the opening 13 formed in the burning step.
