<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination detector and an inclination detecting apparatus which have no baneful influence on detection accuracy regardless of the degree of inclination. <P>SOLUTION: An inclination detector 10 includes fluid 11 forming a free surface and a container 12 enclosing the fluid 11.
