EXTRUSION MOLDING APPARATUS AND EXTRUSION MOLDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method for eliminating the unevenness of electric resistance caused by a weld line, relating to the manufacturing apparatus using a cross-head die of a conductive rubber roller.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus has an extruder for extruding a conductive rubber composition and the cross-head die 310. The cross-head die 310 has an inside die 312 and an outside die 315 which are electrically insulated from each other and a circular flow passage 317 which is composed of an outer peripheral surface 401 of the inside die and an inner peripheral surface 402 of the outside die and forms the conductive rubber composition extruded from the extruder into a cylindrical shape. The inside die 312 has a through-hole 314 to which a conductive base body is fitted in the same a direction as the center axis of the circular flow passage 317. The circular flow passage 317 has an outlet facing the through-hole 314 and has a means for applying voltage between the outer peripheral surface 401 of the inside die and the inner peripheral surface 402 of the outside die through the conductive rubber composition.
