<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID label such that since an antenna deforms largely into an unrestorable state while an OVD layer deforms largely when a label is peeled off using a solvent so as to securely and completely disable a communication function of a non-contact IC medium built in the label, a trace thereof can be visually and electrically confirmed. <P>SOLUTION: An RFID label 1 provided with an OVD layer 2, an adhesion layer 7, and the non-contact IC medium, transmitting predetermined identification information stored in an IC chip 4 by radio, on a main surface of a label base material 6 is provided with a peeling layer in a pattern shape to be laminated on the antenna 3 and also provided with a deformation layer 10 between the antenna 3 and adhesion layer 7, and characterized in that adhesive strength of the adhesion layer to an adherend is set to be larger than inter-layer adhesive strength of the label base material and the OVD layer, and the adhesive strength of the adhesion layer to the adherend is set to be smaller than the total of breaking strength of the OVD layer, a concealment layer, the antenna, a deformation layer, and the adhesion layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
