<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force transmission device in which response delay is minimized, while making the device small and light in weight, and traction is improved when a front wheel or a rear wheel slips. <P>SOLUTION: Drive torque of a driving source 5 is distributed from a center differential limiting device 7 to a front differential device 4 and a rear differential device 10, and the driving force distributed to the front differential device 4 and the rear differential device 10 is distributed to front wheels 2FL and 2FR, and rear wheels 2RL and 2RR. Since at least either of the front differential device 4 and the rear differential device 10, and the center differential limiting device 7 are composed of a differential limiting device of a torque sensing type, the device is made small and light in weight. Moreover, when the wheel 2 slips, the driving force of a slipping wheel 2 is distributed by non-differential with amplification to front wheels 2FL and 2FR or rear wheels 2RL and 2RR by the center differential limiting device 7 of the torque sensing type.
