<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive agent, from which an adhesive tape excellent in flame retardance, adhesiveness and long term storage stability can be obtained, and to provide the adhesive tape. <P>SOLUTION: The flame-retardant adhesive agent includes: an acrylic polymer (A) obtained by using at least a carboxyl group containing monomer (a) of 0.1-15 wt.%; an isocyanate-based curing agent (B); and a phosphinate (C) represented by the following general formula (1); wherein the phosphinate (C) of 30-70 pts.wt. is contained to 100 pts.wt. of the acrylic polymer (A), and the average particle diameter of the phosphinate (C) is 0.1-20 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
