<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating panel which is easily manufactured and nonetheless is fixed and installed without using screws or nails while suppressing an increase in the thickness of the panel. <P>SOLUTION: Set components for manufacturing the floor heating panel include a panel formed body 2 and high specific gravity auxiliary joists 4a. The panel formed body 2 includes a plurality of platy base materials 5 each of which is equipped with a heat medium flow pipe 1 (long body for heating) through which a heat medium flows, and the panel formed body 2 is formed by: juxtaposing the base materials 5 while auxiliary joist arranging spaces 10 for arranging the auxiliary joists 4 are formed between the base materials 5 adjacent to each other; and connecting the base materials 5 adjacent to each other in the juxtaposed direction using aluminum foils 6 (connection members C) for soaking. The high specific gravity auxiliary joists 4a each contain a high specific gravity material with a specific gravity higher than that of the base material 5. A floor heating panel P is manufactured by arranging the high specific gravity auxiliary joists 4a in the auxiliary joist arranging spaces 10 of the panel formed body 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
