PURPOSE: A lightweight aluminum structure manufacturing method is provided to obtain a light weight aluminum structure by mixing and cooling molten aluminum liquid and perlite or impregnating molten aluminum liquid in a preformed perlite structure. CONSTITUTION: A lightweight aluminum structure manufacturing method comprises the steps of: melting aluminum in a melting furnace(S10), injecting the molten aluminum in a container preliminarily manufactured, and pumping out the air in the container so that the molten aluminum is impregnated into the perlite structure. |
