<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring control system capable of easily confirming the indication of change about items attended by each of persons in charge. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring control system comprises: an attentional information database 15 which can store, relating to real plant information D12, in which items attended by each of persons in charge are made to correspond to each person in charge, as attentional information D15; and an announcement judgement part 17 which independently outputs announcement judgement information 17D, which is consistent with the item attended by a corresponding person in charge based on the real plant information D12 and the attentional information D15, and which indicates a measured value, an alarm, and set value of which announcement is determined as being necessary. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
