<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded motor that prevents electrolytic corrosion of bearings without reducing rotational accuracy of a shaft. <P>SOLUTION: A molded motor 1 that performs PWM control includes: a stator 2 having windings wound around teeth 18 formed in a ring-shaped stator core 17; a resin casing 6 shaped into a cylinder having a bottom and an open axial end, inside which the stator 2 is housed and to which the stator 2 is fixed integrally by molding; a rotor 3 arranged on a radially inner side of the stator 2; a shaft 8 that supports the rotor 3 rotatably; a pair of bearings 9a and 9b that support the shaft 8 rotatably; and a bracket cover 7 that covers the open end of the casing 6. The bearings 9a and 9b are attached to the casing 6 and the bracket cover 7 through bearing holders 15 that include an elastic body, and the bracket cover 7 includes resin material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
