The invention relates to the field of medicine and is intended for use as a preventive means in otorhinolaryngology. The technical result is an increase in the preventive effect in eliminating snoring and an increase in comfort when using the device. The device 1 comprises a mouthpiece 3, a cup-shaped clamp 2 with a through cavity 9, an elastic gumshield 4, and a support guard 5 with an evacuated cavity 6, in which the tongue is placed, and with a delimiting bead 7 on the external cylindrical surface 8. The mouthpiece 3 is formed from medicinal silicone, and the support guard 5 is formed from thermoplastic polyurethane or medicinal silicone. Those surfaces of the gumshield 4 and support guard 5 which are in contact with the mouth cavity and tongue have a smoothness characterized by unevennesses of a maximum of 0.05 µm. |
