<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry food perforator for improving the texture and flavor of a rice ball or a boxed lunch using dried laver as a foodstuff, and for producing soup stock using dried kelp and dried squid, etc. or for making the food easy to bite. <P>SOLUTION: Many needles are disposed on one surface of each of two flat plates.
