<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection prevention structure body having high reflection prevention and suppression effect. <P>SOLUTION: A diffusion plate 1 has a surface 10 formed with a plurality of fine ruggedness parts 11 regularly arranged at a cycle equal to or smaller than a predetermined wavelength. The surface 10 has surface ruggedness larger than the predetermined wavelength.
