<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly demonstrate required performance by a control valve, and to suppress variation in operation responsiveness of the control valve. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical movable member 84 engaged with a spool 70 in the axial direction in an advancing region Ra to move together therewith, and locked to a sleeve 66 in the axial direction in a lock region R1 to allow relative movement of the spool 70 is separated from the sleeve 66 to a radial inside, and is supported from the radial inside by the spool 70. A first resilient member 80 generates a first restoring force F1 biasing the spool 70 in the axial direction in the regions Ra, R1.
